God’s Creation
There are numerous plants that God has blessed us with to help us and heal us. We were not designed to take pharmaceutical pills as a source of our health. While there are perfectly good reasons to take pharmaceutical pills we know there is a reason we have plants and herbs among us.
Genesis 1:29-30
| And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. | And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein [there is] life, [I have given] every green herb for meat: and it was so. | ||
Psalms 104:14
“He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth”
Ezikiel 47:12
“...and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.”
Sirach 38:4
“God makes the earth yield healing herbs which the prudent man should not neglect”
